1. Age Assessment – points not claimed.

I was born on 23 June, 1978, and I am 31 years 2 months of age at the time of this application.

2. Qualification – 35 points claimed.

I hold a Master of Engineering degree (18 Months) from University of Mumbai (Aug-2000 to Feb-2002). Both my university and masters degree is recognised by the ‘Self Assessment Tool’.

• Original Degree Certificate. (Master of Engineering)
• Original Degree Certificate. (Bachelor of Engineering)

3. Previous Earnings – 45 points claimed.

I am working with xxxxxxx company in past 12 months. Document proofs are provided as mentioned:

i. Salary slips signed and stamped by xxxx company for the period 1 September 2008 – 31 August, 2009 that shows gross and net salary per month.

ii. Official statement of ABC Bank, showing net salary credited into my account no xxxx for 1 September 2008 – 31 August, 2009. Salary payments are highlighted on the bank statement.

I have claimed 10 points under the category ‘Degree taught in English’. My qualification is on the self assessment tool and is recognised by self assessment tool as to fulfill English language requirement.
