These days most students undertake some form of part-time work to help support themselves while they're studying. There are a wide range of employment opportunities for students and it should be fairly easy to find a job.
The money from a part-time job is certainly helpful but it's important that paid work doesn’t interfere with your studies You will need to manage your time well in order to juggle working and studying effectively.

As well as earning some money, working part-time whilst you’re studying can have other benefits. Teasing out the transferable skills you're using in your job can be a good CV builder. For example you might be handling cash, managing others, setting your own workload or honing your communication skills. These things will all come in handy when you’re applying for graduate jobs.
There are some requirements of Working visa for Students. All countries have their own requirements for the work permit of students.
In General Students applying for a Work and Holiday visa must meet these requirements:- Be aged 18 to 30
- Be outside of Australia when applying for and granted the visa
- Show evidence that you are enrolled in a "post secondary course of study" or "hold post secondary qualifications"
- Have a return ticket or sufficient funds for a return or onward fare as well as sufficient funds for the first part of your stay
- Meet health and character requirements
You can apply for a work permission while studying only after the student visa holder has commenced study in UK, USA, Australia, Canada or in any other country.
Proof of study commencement
If you apply online for a student visa with permission to work, you must first ask your education provider to notify the department electronically that you have commenced your studies.
Please allow at least one hour for the data-transfer from the educations provider to the department to occur before you lodge your application on the Internet. The department system will not allow you to lodge your application until this information has been received.
Processing time
If you apply online, your application may be finalised immediately and you will be notified by e-mail by the next business day.
Note: If you are granted work permission, you must get a new visa label showing your new work condition. Please attend or contact the nearest Immigration office to arrange this.
